About the Founder
Hi, I’m Harshitha Reddy, the founder and maker behind LUME. What began as a personal love for crochet slowly turned into something much deeper, a way for me to express creativity, patience, and emotion through what I make. Every stitch taught me to slow down, pay attention, and find beauty in the process rather than just the result.
LUME was created from that same feeling. I wanted to build a brand where products aren’t rushed or mass-produced, but thoughtfully made with care and intention. For me, crochet is more than a craft, it’s storytelling, comfort, and connection.
Through LUME, my goal is to create pieces that don’t just sit in your wardrobe, but make you feel confident, seen, and special. Each design carries a little part of my journey, my learning, and my love for handmade and now, a little part of yours too.
