Yes. Every Lume product is carefully handmade with love, time, and attention to detail. Because of this, slight variations may occur, which makes each piece unique.

Currently, we accept custom orders on select products only. You can DM us on Instagram or contact us via the website for inquiries.

You can request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

We do not accept returns on handmade items unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service.
